Job Summary
Manage daily body shop, paint, and mechanical repair operations while leading a team of technicians to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives. Oversee the complete repair process from initial damage assessment through final release, ensuring vehicles are restored to new-vehicle condition per OEM standards. Develop daily production plans based on repair volume, technician capacity, and parts availability, assigning work according to complexity and completion dates. Monitor work-in-process inventory, prioritize aging vehicles, and enforce all safety policies and hazardous-material handling procedures. Provide regular updates to management regarding repair volume, productivity, and recovery actions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid State Issued Driver's License
- 9 years of Body shop, vehicle processing, automotive technician experience
