Job Summary
Manage daily body shop, paint, and mechanical repair operations by leading technicians to ensure production, quality, and safety objectives are met. Oversee the complete repair process from initial damage assessment through final release, developing daily production plans and assigning work based on technician qualifications and repair complexity. Monitor work-in-process inventory, prioritize aging vehicles, and establish quality-control checkpoints to ensure all repairs meet OEM standards. Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and regulated waste. Provide regular updates to management regarding repair volume, aging, and recovery actions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid State Issued Driver's License
- 9 years of Body shop, vehicle processing, automotive technician experience
