Job Summary
Manage daily body shop, paint, and mechanical repair operations by leading technicians to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. Oversee the complete repair process from initial damage assessment through final release, ensuring vehicles are restored to new-vehicle condition per OEM standards. Develop daily production plans based on repair volume, technician capacity, and parts availability, while assigning work according to complexity and completion dates. Monitor work-in-process inventory, prioritize aging vehicles, and enforce strict safety policies regarding hazardous materials and regulated waste disposal. Provide regular updates to management on repair volume, productivity, and recovery actions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Valid State Issued Driver's License
- 9 years of Body shop, vehicle processing, automotive technician experience
