Manage daily body shop, paint, and mechanical repair operations by directing a team of technicians to ensure production, quality, and safety objectives are met. Oversee the complete repair process from damage assessment through final release, assigning work based on technician qualifications and repair complexity. Develop daily production plans, monitor work-in-process inventory, and prioritize aging vehicles to reduce dwell time. Establish quality-control checkpoints and enforce all safety policies while ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials. Provide regular updates to management on repair volume, productivity, and recovery actions.
