West Point VPC Team - Rail Lead Van Driver

Meet with Rail Management to receive the daily plan and ensure all drivers understand the loading schedule. Shuttle Team Members to the correct vehicles and lead the group by providing direction and necessary assistance. Monitor drivers to ensure they follow company policies, correct violations immediately, and report incidents to supervisors. Load vehicles onto railcars and perform other Rail Loader duties as needed. Stay in communication with other team members and departments to achieve daily goals. This role supports GLOVIS America's third-party logistics operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, utilizing advanced information systems to deliver products to automotive and freight industries.
