West Point VPC Team - FIL Supervisor

Supervises the FIL (Line Off) Department on 3rd shift to maintain production and quality requirements and ensure compliance with company policy. Main duties include meeting production, quality, and delivery commitments; reviewing production and operating reports and directing problem resolution to minimize costs and prevent delays; performing daily supervisory duties with safety accountability, training, attendance, positive employee relations, and policy compliance; handling administrative activities and record keeping for FIL operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports; generating and organizing multiple Excel-based reports by shift; ensuring team members follow departmental policies; providing coaching and discipline as needed. Skills required include the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, read and write in English, organize work activities and people, and communicate effectively to a variety of audiences. Education/Experience: HS Diploma/G.E.D. required; 1-2 years direct experience, 1 year indirect experience, and 1-3 years supervisory experience required; Associate's degree preferred with 3 years direct, 2 years indirect, and 4-7 years supervisory preferred. The role is based in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to loud noises, weather conditions, and chemicals/fumes.
