Job Summary
Supervise all activities in the FIL (Line Off) Department on the 1st shift by maintaining production and quality requirements while ensuring compliance with company policy. Control production standards, review operating reports to resolve problems, and guarantee delivery commitments are met. Perform daily supervisory duties including safety accountability, training, attendance management, and employee relations. Compile, store, and retrieve production data for reports using Excel by the end of each shift. Ensure team members follow departmental policies and provide coaching or discipline when needed. Work in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to loud noises, weather, and chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years direct experience
- 1 year indirect experience
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read and write in English
- Skill in organizing work activities and people
- Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences

- Associate's degree
- 3 years direct experience
- 2 years indirect experience
- 4-7 years supervisory experience
