Job Summary
Oversee general upkeep of the building, infrastructure, and company vehicles by performing vehicle mechanics, parts replacements, light to heavy industrial building maintenance, plumbing, painting, and industrial preventative maintenance. Conduct facility audits documenting issues, maintain work order systems, and ensure premises remain clean and hygienic. Assist vendors for repairs, help develop effective maintenance procedures, and implement workplace safety policies. Operate golf carts and yard vehicles in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting while reading instructions and using hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- 4 Years of Direct Experience in Facility Maintenance and/or Multiple Industry Trades
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and internal departments
- Skills in organizing and prioritizing work activities
- Ability to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to operate a golf cart and Glovis yard vehicles
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Carry up to 40 lbs.

- Ability to Precisely perform sanding, brushing touch-ups, and taping
