Job Summary
West Philly Suburbs Student Staff role focused on ministry responsibilities: Spiritual Development through prayer, fellowship, and growth; Leadership Development including recruiting and training volunteers; Resource Development involving donor care and fundraising; Direct Ministry such as conducting clubs and Campaigners and planning camping strategies; Ministry Support tasks, including office administration and goal setting; Regional training and mentorship under the area director. The position requires the ability to work with kids and adults in a church community, maintain confidentiality, and pursue a college degree. Location is Saint Davids, PA, with part-time, in-person duties.

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Education: Pursuing a college degree
