Job Summary
Lead the commercial and residential fuels sales function across Central and Western Nova Scotia. Develop and execute sales strategy, coach and manage a field sales team, oversee territories, lead lead development and funnel performance, and drive CRM adoption and reporting. Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing service. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stay informed on market trends and competitive activity. Requires strong B2B/field sales background (8+ years), leadership capabilities, a results-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel within Nova Scotia. Knowledge of fuel distribution, petroleum, propane, or related sectors is an asset. A valid driver’s license is required.
