Job Summary
Greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, and perform safety inspections before the wash begins. Operate tunnel equipment, use bug prep guns, and remove mud from wheel wells while adhering to all safety standards and E-Stop protocols. Execute the vacuum service process, maintain a clean facility, and complete daily shift reports and nightly checklists. Train new team members, engage guests using the four steps of service, and manage membership information. Work full days on your feet in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, while following all company policies and mandatory training sessions. This role includes eligibility for cash and digital tips.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet 100% of the day and outside
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
- Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
