Conduct interior and exterior facility rounds checking plant mechanical operations like boiler status, and promptly report deficiencies to management. Regulate traffic and parking for large functions, direct entry and exit of emergency vehicles, and operate the main gate. Transport residents and employees as needed, perform security checks on vehicles and personal items, and issue visitor passes while maintaining entry logs. Respond to emergencies and unauthorized persons as a First Responder, investigate incidents, and submit comprehensive incident reports. Perform minor repairs such as resetting smoke detectors and replacing batteries when maintenance personnel are unavailable. Assist as a Front Desk Clerk as required.
