Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of a Creative Services team supporting an investment banking client, overseeing 10+ professionals and analyzing performance metrics. Set priorities, deploy resources, and champion project management excellence by implementing tracking methods and tools that increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, proactively address client and team concerns, and translate internal partner needs into actionable plans. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while maintaining up-to-date documentation and providing regular reports to the Account Director. Maintain professional conduct and deliver best-in-class results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in area of business
- 7+ years of relatable experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude at all times
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of business planning, and ability to build strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams
- Experience within a specific industry and industry-specific software
- This is a fully on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ
