Campus Connections Director leads the Campus Welcome Team and related guest experience processes (e.g., first-time guest experience, baptism registration, Next Steps/membership follow-up) at the West Asheville campus, coordinating volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and resources (e.g., Welcome Team operations, coffee area stocking) in collaboration with the Campus Pastor and Central Connection Team; responsibilities include weekly team meetings, supporting special Sunday initiatives, and ensuring adherence to benevolence guidelines and annual connection goals, while fostering leadership, communication, organization, and excellence across campus operations.
