Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned units, analyzing medical history and diagnostic results to develop individualized care plans. Prepare nursing processes including medication administration and treatments, while reconciling medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care through collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and active licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state.
