Job Summary
Prepare project work for various construction projects in the North-Holland region, including self-standing preparation for both residential and utility construction. Independently create calculations and issue invoices, while monitoring fixed maintenance contracts and planning associated work. Identify and process additional or reduced work orders. Requires HTS construction or equivalent HBO level, several years of contractor experience, and proficiency in MS Office, IBIS Trad, and AutoCAD. Market-conform salary with good working conditions under the UTA personnel collective agreement. Fixed-term employment with a three-month probation period.

- HTS bouwkunde of aantoonbaar HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Enkele jaren werkervaring in de aannemerij
- Ervaring met MS Office
- Ervaring met IBIS Trad
- Ervaring met Autocad
