Job Summary
Organize, coordinate, and prepare maintenance work and projects in the Enschede region for clients such as Veiligheidsregio Twente and Gemeente Enschede. Conduct risk assessments, signal deviations promptly, and perform calculations with engineers or project leaders. Plan and supervise the work of technicians and suppliers while managing project information and following up on reports. Direct suppliers and subcontractors while maintaining contact with customers and colleagues. This role supports a team of 18 colleagues at Hanab Installation Technology, one of the top 10 technical installation companies in the Netherlands, focusing on healthy and sustainable buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Mbo-/hbo-werk- en denkniveau richting werktuigkundige installaties
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om met diverse disciplines samen te werken
- Goed overzicht en nauwkeurigheid
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
