Plan appointments, reassure customers, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure workshop efficiency. Receive clients on the day of their appointment, document damage using the photo booth, and arrange replacement transport. Maintain all files administratively and monitor progress to keep operations smooth and structured. This role is full-time at Van Mossel Autoschade in Breda.
