Job Summary
Bridge the gap between design plans and site reality by ensuring execution plans align, securing timely material availability, and clarifying on-site workflows. Analyze existing plans, bills of quantities, and structural drawings; develop execution plans, coordinate feedback with stakeholders, and integrate external drawings into final versions. Deliver necessary documentation to suppliers to initiate production. Calculate quantities based on approved plans, prepare bill of materials and cut lists, and provide information to purchasing and warehouse teams for material ordering. Requires A2 diploma, two years of contractor experience, and strong technical skills with Tekla or CAD proficiency. Salary up to 58,000 EUR with flexible working hours.
