Job Summary
Prepare and develop construction and technical provisions for installing elevators and escalators in new buildings, including hospitals, retail, and office spaces. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create drawings, specifications, and technical solutions while coordinating approval processes and ordering necessary installations. Manage project progress, budgets, and timelines while documenting technical dossiers and communicating with internal and external parties. Support the sales department with technical advice. Requires AutoCAD or Revit skills and an MBO+ or HBO background.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding Bouwkunde of Werktuigbouwkunde
- Kennis en ervaring in de techniek/bouw
- Kennis van AutoCAD tekenen 2D/3D en/of modelleren met bijv. Autodesk Revit (BIM)
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel in woord als geschrift
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis en ervaring in lift- en/of roltraptechniek is een pré
