Job Summary
Analyze cost estimates and construction dossiers to support work preparation and procurement. Draft price inquiries and conduct price comparisons to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Place and follow up on orders while tracking procurement planning with the construction leadership. Monitor the procurement budget per project and research alternative materials and execution methods. Attend work and project meetings to ensure timely and correct engagement of external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring met industriebouw en/of woningbouwprojecten
- Technische kennis binnen de bouwsector
- Stressbestendig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken onder tijdsdruk
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en assertiviteit
- Goede organisatorische en administratieve capaciteiten
- Rijbewijs B
- Woonachtig in de regio Antwerpen, Sint-Niklaas, Beveren, Burcht, Zwijndrecht, Kieldrecht, etc.
