Job Summary
Coordinate the entire lifecycle of installation projects, from information gathering and work order monitoring to execution oversight and preventive maintenance. Serve as the central contact for contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure improvements and energy-efficiency projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Manage contractual oversight while collaborating intensively with subcontractors to maintain project progress and adherence to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau in elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt kennis van contractbeheer en weet hoe je processen efficiënt kunt begeleiden.
- Je kunt goed schakelen met mensen op verschillende niveaus en weet hoe je een team effectief aanstuurt.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
