Job Summary
Coordinate the entire process for energy-efficient installation preparation, realization, management, and preventive maintenance. Collect information, monitor work orders, and oversee contractual supervision while collaborating with the contract manager, team, and clients to deliver top-quality projects. Work intensively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution according to high standards, acting as the primary contact for all stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities for processes and projects, then drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau in elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt kennis van contractbeheer en weet hoe je processen efficiënt kunt begeleiden.
- Je kunt goed schakelen met mensen op verschillende niveaus en weet hoe je een team effectief aanstuurt.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
