Job Summary
Prepare technical designs, perform network calculations, and determine tracés for private applicants, construction firms, and developers. Coordinate with contractors and municipalities to align planning and execution, while overseeing site supervision for complex applications. Manage customer inquiries regarding submitted requests and guide project developers on large-scale new construction. Review contractor additional work upon project completion and assist colleagues with technical questions. Collaborate with executioners and project managers on specific project segments including client contact and technical drawings.
Required Qualifications
- een mbo-4-diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van techniek
- ervaring met administratief werk en technische tekeningen
- minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in de werkvoorbereiding
- ervaring in de industrie, infra-wereld en de installatie- en bouwsector
- Klantgerichtheid
