Werkvoorbereider Betonbouw (regio Noord-Brabant)

Coordinate work and inspection plans and schedules to ensure smooth project realization for bridge, viaduct, aqueduct, and tunnel construction in South Netherlands. Internally align with colleagues, project leaders, environmental managers, and sustainability coordinators while externally managing partners, contractors, and permit authorities. Organize procurement of materials and services to meet scope, time, quality, and safety requirements. Monitor costs during execution and reserve additional budgets for extra or reduced work in consultation with the project leader. Prepare interim reports and the final submission dossier. Full-time 40-hour role with a monthly gross salary between €3,000 and €5,500, offering 20 vacation days, 10 roster-free days, and a company car or mobility budget.
