Werkvoorbereider/ Assistent Maintenance Manager

Plan, prepare, and follow up on maintenance and project works within an industrial production environment to ensure safe and efficient execution. Prepare work orders and ensure all materials are ready, then track projects alongside the Maintenance Manager. Finalize work orders correctly in the maintenance software package and create simple technical drawings and saw lists. Establish and optimize preventive maintenance tasks while coordinating daily communication with technicians, production, and planning teams. Report directly to the Maintenance Manager. This role involves a versatile mix of preparation, supervision, administration, and negotiation within a leading, family-oriented company that values safety, quality, and short communication lines.
