Job Summary
Translate engineering data into clear work instructions, plan and coordinate production and logistics processes, and provide first-line support to optimize workflows. Evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency and quality while collaborating intensively with engineers and manufacturing experts to ensure manufacturability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project-driven operations team. This role involves preparing activities to ensure smooth transitions from engineering to production, with opportunities for development into a continuous improvement team focused on operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ of HBO in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Luchtvaarttechniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of maakomgeving
- Inzicht in composieten, productiemethoden en engineeringsprocessen
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking met engineers, productie en planning
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
