Job Summary
Support compliance and internal control projects by optimizing standard processes and conducting risk analyses and control tests. Track audit action items and manage SOX documentation while assisting with policy guidelines, training, and internal communications. Maintain high integrity and discretion when handling confidential information during these tasks. Requires a current Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance & Accounting, with strong German and English skills. Ideal for students in their third semester or beyond interested in governance, risk, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- ein laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance & Accounting oder vergleichbarer Studiengang)
- Dein Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
- Du zeigst Interesse an Governance, Internal Control, Risk und/ oder Compliance
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise bist du bereits im 3. Semester deines Bachelors oder weiter
- Von Vorteil sind erste Kenntnisse in Compliance, Internal Control, Prozessmanagement und SOX
