Werkstudent (w/m/d) Vertrags- und Claim Management

Support project, contract, and claim management for large and small projects, including identifying and evaluating project risks in early phases and developing strategies. Assist in assessing and controlling critical contract deviations while coordinating with project stakeholders. Process change order requests across key areas such as AHO, HOAI, VOB/B, and BGB in collaboration with legal representatives, and participate in negotiations. Contribute to cost management and assist with quantity surveying and invoice verification.
