Job Summary
Conduct recruitment activities for all target groups, from apprentices to experienced professionals, as part of the Talent Acquisition Team. Support the creation and placement of job advertisements and assist in marketing and trade fair campaigns. Contribute to exciting HR projects, including the development of international recruiting strategies, trends, and AI initiatives. This six-month winter semester 2026/2027 program offers students the chance to gain valuable practical experience, expand their network, and actively shape tomorrow's technologies through collaboration with experienced colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
