Support the CEO and PE team on central operational value creation topics, including reporting and steering, sales controlling, data analysis, and process optimization. Build, develop, and maintain reports, KPIs, and decision-making foundations for leadership. Analyze revenue, customers, margins, and sales metrics to directly impact strategic decisions. Work with data from various sources to structure information and derive actionable insights. Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and organizational structures. This role sits within a growing private equity firm focused on small-cap leveraged buyouts in the German-speaking region, where the team works directly with CEOs to drive value in the daily operations of portfolio companies.
