Job Summary
Translate Celonis Academy training materials, courses, hands-on exercises, and exams from English to German. Review and post-edit machine-translated content, then perform linguistic quality and functionality checks based on learner feedback. Maintain translation memory, glossaries, and relevant documentation while providing input for continuous process improvement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt localized training to specific cultures and user preferences, analyzing data to continually enhance course quality.
Required Qualifications
- Native-speaker level of proficiency in English and German
- Study in the field of translation, linguistics, communication, or similar
- Ability to work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
- Ability to put the learner at the center of everything you do
- 6+ months of part-time availability from July 2026 onwards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with authoring tools is a plus (e.g. Articulate Rise, Thought Industries)
- Experience with Translation Management Systems is a plus (e.g. Transifex, Smartling, GlobalLink, SDLX)
