Werkstudent Technische Ausbildung (m/w/d)

Support the technical trainer in daily training processes and prepare educational materials, documents, and practical exercises for structured pre- and post-training. Accompany apprentices and student interns in the training workshop to foster their practical development while contributing to the planning and implementation of training measures, projects, and exam preparations. Assist with administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, and evaluating learning progress to ensure transparent workflows. Bring ideas for optimizing learning materials and training processes to actively improve quality. As an enrolled student in mechanical engineering, production technology, or mechatronics, you will apply your knowledge in this role at our Mainz location, supported by a buddy model and opportunities for individual development.
