Job Summary
Develop a clear Instagram strategy for NELCON covering target audiences, themes, tone, formats, and goals. Build and independently execute a realistic editorial plan while managing the entire content process from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing. Professionally create posts, carousels, stories, and reels ranging from quick site updates to high-quality project content, capturing material both in the office and on selected construction sites. Streamline templates and workflows to enable the team to submit ideas and updates with minimal effort. Oversee community management, analyze reach and interactions, and derive concrete optimizations. Work autonomously with a smartphone or camera and tools like Canva or Adobe, communicating directly with the CEO to shape a serious yet witty B2B presence.
Required Qualifications
- Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert
- Du bist ein echter Social-Media-Allrounder und beherrschst die komplette Content-Kette - von Idee, Storyboard und Aufnahme bis Bildbearbeitung, Videoschnitt, Text und Veröffentlichung
- Du bringst das praktische Rüstzeug eines Content Creators mit und kannst auch ohne großes Produktionsteam professionellen, plattformgerechten Content umsetzen
- Du gehst sicher mit Smartphone oder Kamera sowie gängigen Tools für Grafik, Bildbearbeitung und Videoschnitt um
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Bildwirkung und Markenauftritt
- Du weißt, wann Humor wirkt, ohne an Seriosität zu verlieren
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du wartest nicht auf ein perfektes Briefing
- Du setzt Ideen mit Hands-on-Mentalität zuverlässig um
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch
- Du bist bereit, für authentischen Content gelegentlich auf Baustellen unterwegs zu sein
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Design, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Englischkenntnisse
- Du interessierst dich für Innovation, Technik oder Bau
- Vorkenntnisse im 3D-Betondruck
- ein Führerschein der Klasse B
