Job Summary
Develop original content ideas and produce Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and behind-the-scenes videos for the MSS Security group and its subsidiaries in electrical engineering and building services. Film and edit short-form content while planning and executing shoots at company locations and events to create authentic insights into daily operations and projects. Identify current social media trends and adapt them to professional corporate communication across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, supporting the strategic development of the employer brand. Requires enrollment in a relevant university program and practical experience in content creation, with flexible hours tailored to study schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media oder Content Creation
- Gespür für die unterschiedlichen Tonalitäten und Zielgruppen auf TikTok, Instagram, Facebook und LinkedIn sowie die Fähigkeit, Inhalte plattformgerecht aufzubereiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools zur Video- und Content-Erstellung, z. B. CapCut, Canva oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
- Spaß am Filmen und Schneiden von Kurzvideos
- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und die Motivation, Ideen selbstständig umzusetzen
- Freude daran, auch selbst einmal vor der Kamera zu stehen
- Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort sowie auf Veranstaltungen Content zu produzieren
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise in einem Studiengang wie Marketing, Kommunikation, Digitale Medien, BWL oder vergleichbar
