Job Summary
Conduct regular operational tasks independently while ensuring reliable and structured processing. Support the team in implementing and coordinating central assignments to maintain smooth workflows. Actively contribute to projects and the continuous development of the Vonovia system landscape. Manage administrative and organizational duties to optimize team processes. Bring ideas to optimize workflows and processes. Work approximately 15–20 hours per week as an enrolled student. Join a flat-structured team with open communication and access to internal development paths.
Required Qualifications
- Student status (currently enrolled)
- 15–20 hours per week availability
- Very good MS-Office skills, specifically in Excel
- Strong data affinity
- Quick comprehension ability
- Friendly and composed demeanor
- Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably while maintaining overview with multiple tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Focus in Business, IT, Data Science, or a comparable field
