Job Summary
Create onboarding guides, playbooks, and FAQs to accelerate new team member integration. Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline quality while ensuring high data standards. Support market analysis, business reporting, and dashboard creation using Power BI or Excel. Automate manual workflows via Power Automate or AI tools and organize documentation efficiently. Assist with international meetings, track action items, and refine presentations for diverse markets. This role requires a structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong German and English skills, preferably in business administration or engineering. Required Qualifications
- Studium BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Datenanalyse, Marketing oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Sicher in Excel
- Sicher in PowerPoint
- Sicher auf Deutsch
- Sicher auf Englisch
- Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2 – vorbeugender personeller Sabotageschutz) gemäß § 9 i.V.m. § 1 Abs. 4 SÜG
Desired Qualifications
- erste Erfahrung mit Power BI
- Lust, dich in Automatisierungstools (VBA, Power Automate) einzuarbeiten
- nützt KI-Tools (wie Microsoft Copilot) produktiv
- bewegt sich sicher in der MS-365-Welt (Teams, SharePoint)
