Job Summary
Support the entire recruiting process from job posting creation through candidate screening and interview coordination. Manage applicant tracking systems, communicate with candidates and departments, and assist with recruiting projects and employer branding initiatives. Requires a current degree in business, HR, or psychology from the third semester onward, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time role with flexible working hours and mobile work options available at Brenntag, a global leader in chemical distribution headquartered in Essen.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- ab dem 3. Fachsemester
- Interesse an den Themen Recruiting und Personalwesen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
