Werkstudent Real Estate Investment & Transactions (m/w/d)

Conduct real estate investment and transaction support by assisting in acquisition processes, including initial offer analysis, due diligence coordination, and contract drafting. Prepare presentation materials for securing bank and mezzanine financing while supporting sales processes through exposé preparation and data room maintenance. Generate market, location, and competitor analyses and contribute to sourcing new investment opportunities by communicating with brokers and sellers. Requires a 3rd-semester economics degree with strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency. Minimum 15 hours weekly commitment.
