Manage ambitious construction and real estate projects from initial planning through construction supervision and commissioning. Support technical, economic, and organizational consulting by creating feasibility studies, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and maintaining project documentation. Contribute to quality management across planning and construction phases while assisting in tendering and award processes. This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate your studies, with an option for long-term collaboration and potential full-time conversion. Required Qualifications
- Studium und Qualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement, Architektur, Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Immatrikuliert als Student
- Grundkenntnisse in der HOAI, AHO, VOB
- Sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS-Project
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 mindestens)
