Job Summary
Support the commercial and technical investment management team in daily operations by creating and preparing reports, analyses, and due diligence data. Execute lease contract reviews for completeness and plausibility while assisting in acquisition and disposition processes through document collection and structured archiving. Maintain databases and templates in Excel and existing systems, then prepare presentations, statistical evaluations, and decision documents. Contribute to the development and refinement of object and investment strategies. Work as a full-time student in Frankfurt am Main or Augsburg with flexible hours compatible with academic schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation als Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaft mit Spezialisierung in der Immobilienökonomie oder im Immobilienmanagement, der Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbares
- Beherrschung unternehmerisches sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Selbstständigkeit, hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hervorragendes Organisationsgeschick
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Immobilienmanagement
