Job Summary
Conduct daily People Operations support by maintaining employee data, creating documents, and handling administrative HR tasks. Assist new colleagues with onboarding and general HR inquiries while researching and preparing smaller data analyses for the People team. Collaborate closely with teams in Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other functional areas to execute projects focused on digitalization, employee experience, and internal communication. Work as an enrolled student in a related field, utilizing structured and reliable methods to contribute to a modern, transparent workplace culture. Required Qualifications
