Job Summary
Support strategic and operational People & Culture and Office Management tasks while actively participating in daily HR processes to improve employee satisfaction, efficiency, and digitalization. Assist in the recruiting process by managing job postings, active sourcing, and employer branding, and contribute to exciting People & Culture projects. Take responsibility for office spaces to ensure a comfortable environment for all staff. This role offers flexible working hours and remote work options within a modern, innovative team at a German hotel software startup focused on digital check-in solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, HR, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Ausgeprägte Begeisterung für Menschen und großes Interesse an People & Culture Themen
