Job Summary
Sift, evaluate, and advance building projects from initial review to successful execution. Develop concepts for real estate utilization and collaborate on complex planning solutions. Create floor plans, construction, and detail drawings using CAD software while managing version control and file backups. Support negotiations with sellers, planners, and architects, and maintain project and site documentation. Coordinate with leadership and external service providers to ensure smooth operations. Assist in real estate project development, marketing, and prevention tasks. Work full-time as a student (4th semester) in Rosbach vor der Höhe, earning €14–16. Direct integration into diverse real estate projects offers development potential and a clear path to full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Student/in im 4. Semester
- Freude daran hat, Bauprojekte zu organisieren, Zahlen auszuwerten und administrative Aufgaben zu unterstützen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD‐Programmen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in deren Anwendung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse in LibreOffice
