Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for field agents following patient care, verify and complete patient data in the MS Dynamics CRM system, and provide telephone support regarding LifeVest application. Assist with the retrieval and scheduling of LifeVest components, monitor data transmission integrity, and help generate and analyze statistical reports. This role requires two days per week for 15–20 hours and is open to enrolled students with backgrounds in medicine, health services, or communication. Join the CMS team dedicated to saving lives through emergency cardiac care technologies.
