Responsibilities include providing organizational and administrative support for offer creation and customer care; handling customer inquiries related to batteries, flexibility and direct marketing; preparing offers and maintaining data and documentation; processing KPIs, reports, statistics and presentations; preparing data for contract closures in coordination with specialist departments; supporting the contract process. The role requires ongoing studies with strong interest in sales, high affinity for digital processes and media, independent work style and strong organizational skills; proficient in MS Office with ideally initial CRM experience; experience in sales or renewable direct marketing is advantageous. German language proficiency is required.
