Job Summary
Manage invoice verification, data quality checks, and partner communication to ensure seamless accounting processes. Conduct variance analysis, perform ad-hoc evaluations, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Develop the controlling and invoicing systems by integrating modern tools and AI-driven solutions to automate workflows and reduce manual effort. This role requires strong MS-Excel skills and a degree in economics or finance, with a C1 German level. Based in Berlin-Mitte, the position offers a weekly allowance, a Deutschlandticket, and access to modern workspaces with team events and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Prüfung, Erfassung und Verwaltung von Eingangsrechnungen unserer Herstellerpartner
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
- Direkte Kommunikation mit unseren Herstellerpartnern
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres Controlling- und Rechnungssystems
- Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse (insb. Pivot-Tabellen, S-Verweise)
- Sehr gut laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- Zahlenaffinität und versierter Umgang mit großen Datenmengen
- Gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
