Job Summary
Conduct analysis and optimization of business processes while supporting the development and implementation of automation workflows using tools like n8n. Collaborate on AI use cases including agent systems, prompt engineering, and data analysis to gain insight into real digitalization and AI projects. Assist in technical execution through small scripts, APIs, and data processing, acting as the interface between business units and IT. Prepare workshops and presentations for clients while maintaining independent, structured work with strong communication skills in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL mit IT-Bezug oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung im oder Interesse an Projektmanagement
- Grundverständnis von Programmierung (z. B. Python, JavaScript oder ähnliche)
- Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, Automatisierung und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
- Analytisches Denken und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark mit fließender Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Tools/APIs/No-Code sind ein Plus (z. B. n8n, Zapier, REST APIs), ebenso wie Erfahrung mit AI-Tools (z. B. LLMs, Prompting, Automations)
