Job Summary
Support the expansion of Z COLOURFUL and Z FIT by assisting with the selection, execution, and evaluation of events, workshops, and training programs focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Health Promotion, and Work-Life-Balance. Coordinate independently with internal departments and external partners while creating communication materials and presentations. Drive smaller projects forward through research, idea generation, and looking beyond standard perspectives. This 20-hour weekly student role is based in Garching near Munich.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations- oder Kulturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Umgang mit MS-Office
