Job Summary
Conduct daily HR recruiting support by managing the applicant tracking system and optimizing job advertisements. Collaborate on personal marketing and employer branding initiatives while gaining comprehensive insights into current HR projects. Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications and engage effectively with candidates through strong communication skills. Requires enrolled student status in relevant fields, fluent German and English, and availability for at least 15 hours weekly. Join a team driving innovations in autonomous driving and electromobility within a family-oriented engineering consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Personal, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbares
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mindestens 9 bis 12 Monate Zeit und für mind. 15 Std. pro Woche verfügbar
- Grundsätzlich sind wir an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Personalbereich, vorzugsweise im Recruiting
- Geübter Umgang mit MS Office- und Affinität für PC Anwendungen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft
